摘要
淚囊附近有腫塊，但無炎症現象，也無膿樣分泌物，而只有輕度或無溢淚現象；此等病灶旣非淚囊腫瘤也非淚囊炎，可將其歸類成「偽淚囊炎」。本文舉例說明此種病灶（包括皮樣囊腫、肉芽組織、血管平滑肌瘤、皮膚膿瘍、表皮包埋樣囊腫）之臨床所見。

Patients with dacryocystitis present with some typical signs such as: painful, indurated mass over the lacrimal sac; warmth and erythema over the lesion; compression will yield purulent reflux from the canaliculi. In cases which present masses in the lacrimal sac area, but the masses are painless, nonindurated, non-erythematous, and do not produce purulent reflux when compressed. Theses cases can be put into the new catelog of ”pseudodacryocystitis”. We report and illustrate the clinical findings of 6 representative cases of pseudodacryocystitis, including dermoid cyst, skin abscess, vascular leiomyoma, granulation tissue, epidermoid cyst and inclusion cyst.
