應用釹雅克雷射治療增殖性殘餘瞳孔膜之評估
The Use of Nd-YAG Laser in the Treatment of Hyperplastic Persistent Pupillary Membrane

榮民總醫院眼科自民國75.年4月至9月，一共蒐集了7位（9眼）患有增殖性殘餘瞳孔膜之病例，其中8眼以釹雅各雷射施行瞳孔膜切開術，1眼施行瞳孔造形術。治療結果顯示，視力有5眼(55%)進步；雷射時所引起的前房反應與輕從併發症，經適當治療，極易獲得良好控制。以釹雅各雷射治療時，所引起程度不等的色素沉著，並不影響房水輸出功率。惟應注意雷射治療後1至2個小時內所引起的高眼壓症。

Hyperplastic persistent pupillary membrane is a rare but recalcitrant cause of organic amblyopia. We collected 7 cases (9 eyes) of hyperplastic persistent pupillary membrane who received the treatment of YAG laser membranectomy in 8 eyes and YAG laser coreoplasty in 1 eye. The visual acuity disclosed mild improved in 5 eyes (55%). The anterior chamber reactions and minor complications of YAG laser membranectomy were easy to control post intensive membranectomy care. Transient elevation of IOP should be noted in the first two hours after YAG laser membranectomy. More pigment deposits on chamber angle after multiple sessions of YAG membranectomy but no influence on outflow facility. YAG laser membranectomy proved to be an effective and safety non-surgical procedure for hyperplastic persistent pupillary membrane.
