釹雅克雷射前囊穿孔術所致眼內壓之變化
Intraocular Pressure Change Following Nd:YAG Laser Anterior Capsulotomy
摘要
以Abraham lens應用於釹雅克雷射，來施行前囊穿孔術(anterior capsulotomy)於64眼，結果其中過熟型白內障有4眼，雷射後眼壓均顯著昇高；最高者達30 mmHg，其餘60眼，壓力正常。Abraham lens的使用，除可固定病患眼球，易於聚焦，更可減少雷射所需能量。

In this study we employed Nd:YAG laser anterior capsulotomy along with Abraham contact lens in 64 cataract eyes: there were 4 hypermature cases had prominant intraocular pressure elevation after capsulotomy, the others (60 eyes) remained normal intraocular pressure. Not only easier fixing eyeball and focusing, the Abraham contact lens application also needs less laser energy than others.
