單純矽膠小管植入術治療青光眼之臨床經驗

摘要

使用單純之矽膠小管植入手術於6名頑固性青光眼患者，其中2眼為新生血管性青光眼，另4眼為續發性青光眼。經平均9.6個月的追踪，6眼中有2眼的眼壓單靠矽膠小管就能有效輕制，有2眼尚需合併藥物始能控制眼壓。手術之合併症除1例產生脈絡膜剝離外，並無其他不良反應。

A simple silicon tube implant operation under scleral flap was performed on 6 eyes with intractable glaucoma (2 eye with neovascular glaucoma and 4 eyes with secondary glaucoma). The preoperative intraocular pressure was around 40-52 mmHg with maximum medication. The postoperative intraocular pressure could be controlled in 4 of 6 eyes during follow-up periods ranging from 2½ months to 23 months.
Complications in the postoperative period are minimal. Surgery relieved the severe ocular pain in all 6 eyes.
