創傷性白內障行囊作白內障摘除並植入後房人工水晶體之療效
Effect of Extracapsular Cataract Extraction with Posterior Chamber Lens Implant in Traumatic Cataract
摘要
本篇收集三軍總醫院二年來（民國74年8月至76年10月），58例因創傷後，所造成的白內障。經行囊外白內障摘除後並值入後房人工水晶體，且術後追踪檢查至少半年。手術前65%病人的視力小於0.1，而手術後矯正視力大於0.8有53%，視力於手術後有明顯的進步，在手術中及術後並沒有嚴重併發症。

Extracapsular cataract extraction with posterior chamber lens implant in traumatic cataract patient was done on 58 eyes from August 1985 to October 1987. The vision impoorement was changed from 65% of patients less than 0.1 to 53% of patients more than 0.8. No significant surgical complication had occurred in the study.
