收集以氪雷射紅色光治療且規力恢復0.9以上之CSCR病人共16位(16眼)及自然緩解且視力恢復0.9以上之CSCR病人25位(25眼),以VCTS 6500型測定並統計兩組病人之對北敏感機能,結果得知二組在各間隔頻率並未呈現有意義之差別;亦即以氪雷射治療CSCR,恢復視力後仍無法同時提高其對此敏感機能。
Contrast sensitivity functions were measured, by using VCTS 6500, in 16 CSCR patients (16 eyes) after Krypton red laser photocoagulation treatment and in 25 CSCR patients (25 eyes) with spontaneous remission. All of the sick eyes had visual acuity (Landolt chart) of 0.9 or better and there was no residual macular edema in each eye either. The result revealed that there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in all presented spatial frequency. In words, despite with normal visual acuity there was no recovery at the same time of the contrast sensitivity functions of the CSCR patients after Krypton red laser photocoagulation treatment.
