摘要
本篇報告一病例true Brown's syndrome，因左眼上斜肌太短，致使出生後左眼看右上方受到限制。另外，此患者有垂直斜視及外斜視，頭偏向左側，forced duction test呈陽性，立體視覺不良。經手術治療，病人左眼眼球運動改善，斜視及頭位置皆有明顯改善，而立體視覺也有些微進步。術後無上斜肌麻痺及下斜肌運動過強現象。

A 17-year-old man with congenital Brown's syndrome is presented. He had head position tilted to left side, and inability to raise adducted left eye, with a positive forced duction test. Exotropia and hypotropia of left eye were revealed. The stereopsis is poor also. After surgical treatment, the head position, the ability to raise adducted left eye, and the stereopsis were improved. There were neither superior oblique muscle palsy nor inferior oblique muscle over-function appeared postoperatively.
