摘要
皮膚上的混合性腫瘤主要是好發於頭頸部、發生在眼臉上則是相當的少見。臨床上它是一種局限性、單一，可觸摸但不會擴大的良性腫瘤。組織病理學上，它是由具有雙層上皮網胞圍成的管狀組識和類似軟骨組織之間質所組成的。本篇報告二例罕見之眼瞼混合性腫瘤之臨床病理特徵。

Mixed tumors of the skin are most commonly located on the head and neck and may involve the face and eyelid but it is rare in the eyelid. Clinically they form an intradermal, multilobulated mass usually ranging from 0.5 to 3.0 cm in size. Histopathologically they are composed of tubular structure lined by a double layers of Epithelial cells embedded in a mucoid stroma that often exhibits areas of chrodroid metaplasia. Two cases of rare eyelid mixed tumors are reported clinicopathologically.
