巨大乳頭狀結膜炎之結膜剝奪細胞學的探討與觀察
A Study of Scraping Cytology in Giant Papillary Conjunctivitis
摘要
近年來配戴隱形眼鏡人口增加，而由於隱形眼鏡所引起的合併症在臨床上也愈來愈多，其中最常困擾的合併症莫過於巨大乳頭狀結膜炎，其發生早在硬式隱形眼鏡患者約為百分之一至五，軟式隱形眼鏡患者約為百分之十五。由於巨大乳頭狀結膜炎是一種遲發性過敏反應(delayed type hypersensitivity)，也就是一種細胞免疫反應(cell mediated immunity)。本篇報告收集各個時期的不同臨床表徵及螢光染色下的乳頭變化，我們從患者結膜上皮抹片觀察其組織病理變化以及各種免疫細胞的活動。

The population of contact lens wearers are increasing in the recent years. The complications due to the lens are also increasing. The most trouble complication is giant papilany conjunctivitis. The incidence of the syndrome is not known, but it is speculated that it occurs in 1-5 percent of hard contact lens wearers and 10-15 percent of soft contact lens wearers. We collect the different stages with different clinical pictures and their fluorescein patterns for study. The GPC is delayed type hypersensitivity. We want to observe the histopathological changes. We observe the conjunctival scraping under microscope to study the epithelial changes and the immune cells.
