美特朗點眼液對角膜敏感度之影響及臨床效果評估

Effect of Arteoptic Eyedrop on Corneal Sensitivity and Its Clinical Evaluation

摘要

本篇報告為Arteoptic (Carteolol)點眼劑對眼壓之影響，未曾使用過其他降眼壓藥物者予以單滴點眼後，22隻正常眼群於1小時達最大降幅-12%。隅角開放性青光眼群則於2小時達最大降幅-24.5%。單滴點藥後之血壓於2-4小時維特最大降幅與眼壓下降情況相符。
劑量持續組共17例34隻眼睛，以Arteoptic點用六週，每週測其眼壓，其中6隻未接受過治療的患眼於療程第二週達最大降幅-28%，並維持穩定之眼壓控制，另有28隻患眼是以Arteoptic取代原本Timolol之治療，取代後均能維持穩定之眼壓控制。
角膜敏感度之測試於34隻患眼之結論為Arteoptic六週之中連續點用，角膜敏感度無明顯影響，亦甚少引起點眼局部副作用。

Topical one drop of 2% Arteoptic (carteolol) drop on 22 normal healthy eyes revealed its maximal ocular hypotensive effect at first hour and pressure dropped -12%. On 42 non-treated glaucoma eyes showed its peak effect at second hour and pressure dropped -24.5%. Systolic blood pressure also dropped about 10 mmHg between 2nd to 4th hour.
On maintain treated group, 34 eyes of 17 patients treated with 2% arteoptic twice per day for six weeks. In those six eyes were first time treated with beta-blocker. Their intraocular pressure dropped -28% after second week and maintained constantly through the six weeks course. Another 28 eyes were shift from timolol drop. Their intraocular pressure maintained smoothly without fluctuation.
Corneal sensitivity tested on all maintain treated patients at the beginning and end of the six weeks course. The result showed no significant change. No prominent ocular side effects were found through the whole course.
