過敏眼睛使用非傳統性隱形眼鏡藥水之經驗
Experience of Non-Traditional Disinfecting Solution for Sensitive Eye
摘要
本文報告21位病人配帶隱形眼鏡引起過敏或毒性，經0.02% Flurometholone治療一至兩星期，暫停配帶隱形眼鏡，及後改用傳統性之隱形眼鏡消毒液如雙氧消毒法，結果臨床上病人症狀均得以改善，本文並提出雙氧消毒法臨床上之優劣點及如何在使用上加以調整，以資參考。

This is a report of 21 patients with sensitive eyes treated with 0.02% flurometholone, D.C. SCL and change disinfecting solution to hydrogen peroxide. All patients improved after the abrove treatment and managements. Hydrogen peroxide is an alternative one of disinfecting solution for sensitive eyes.
