Fuchs' Heterochromic Iridocyclitis and Extracapsular Cataract Extraction
摘要
Fuchs'虹膜異色性虹膜睫狀肌炎是一種常被誤診的葡萄膜炎。其臨床特徵主要為：虹膜異色性，角膜內皮白色沈積物，前房些微細胞及輝塵浸潤，白內障等。 本篇報告一例Fuchs'虹膜異色性虹膜睫狀肌炎合併有併發性白內障。患者接受白內障囊外摘除術，在前房穿刺約一分鐘後對側產生絲狀出血；即Amsler's sign。病患術後視力恢復良好。

We reported a case of Fuchs' heterochromic iridocyclitis with complicated cataract. The patient had progressive blurred vision of his right eye for 2 years. On his right eye, we found hetarochromia, white keratic precipitates, blunting of iris rugae, Koeppe nodules and complicated cataract. Extracapsular cataract extraction was done. Filiform hemorrhage was seen in the chamber angle following paracentesis. This is due to the more fragile new-formed vessels of corneo-iridic angle bleeding upon sudden reduction in the pressure of anterior chamber, and is known as Amsler's sign. The post-operation condition is good.
