Fuchs'虹膜異色性虹膜睫狀肌炎的臨床表徵
Clinical Manifestations of Fuchs' Heterochromic Cyclitis
摘要
報告2例Fuchs'虹膜異色性虹膜睫狀肌炎。兩病例均有瀰漫性虹膜萎縮，持續性虹膜睫狀肌炎和白內障。兩例均為單眼性，發病期在青壯年。其虹膜炎沒有急性發作，不伴有虹膜後粘連，對steroid反應不佳。在明光下可見患眼顏色較淡，但並無虹膜異色。病例1合併青光眼而且隅角有360°新生血管，施行水晶體囊內摘除術與線維柱帶切除術，結果良好。病例2施行水晶體囊外摘除術及人工水晶體植入術，視力恢復到0.8。

Two brown-eyed patients with Fuchs' heterochromic cyclitis were reported. Unilateral hypochromic iris, iris atrophy, chronic persistent iridocyclitis and complicated cataract were noted in the 2 cases. In case 1 rubeosis on the whole angle was found with induced glaucoma. A surgery combining an ICCE and a trabeculectomy was performed out this case. In case 2 visual disturbance due to cataract was noted and ECCE and IOL implantation were performed. Although persistent anterior chamber cells were found, visual prognosis was very good for both cases.
