摘要

本論文報告兩個虹膜角膜內皮綜合病症中屬於漸進本質性虹膜萎縮之病例，病人年齡分別是42歲及62歲，其臨床上之共同點包括無家族病史，單眼病變，患眼角膜內皮皺摺及水腫，虹膜萎縮，周邊前黏連，其中一位病人尚可發現瞳孔扭曲移位。
病例一經過幾次門診檢查及治療後，於民國73年1月11日，因眼壓無法控制以致於疼痛難耐而施以睫狀體冷凍治療，現繼續觀察中。病例二失去追踪聯絡。

Two cases of iridocorneal endothelial syndrome are reported. The positive findings of these two patients are unilateral corneal edema, iris atrophy and peripheral anterior synechiae, high intraocular pressure and iris strech holes. Case two also showed pupillary distortion.
Because the intraocular pressure of case one could not be controlled, cyclocryotherapy was performed on January 11, 1984. But after the management, the intraocular pressure was still high, therefore, further treatment is needed.
Case two lost of follow up.
