眼瞼原發網膜腫瘤－病例報告
Retinal Anlage Tumor of Eyelid-Case Report
摘要
一位十天大的嬰兒，因右下眼瞼腫瘤且日益影響眼球運動而住院。眼瞼切片檢查，病理報告是眼瞼視網膜母細胞瘤，經放射線治療，效果良好。二年後，腫瘤復發，雖經放射線治療及眼窩剜眼術處理，但數月後病人仍不治。

Retinoblastoma is rare, but life-endangering tumor of childhood. We reported a even more rare, but much benign retinal anlage tumor of eyelid. A 10-day-old infant who had Rt low-eyelid swelling, receiving lid biopsy, pathologic report that this is retinoblastoma. The patient received radiotherapy with good result. After 2 years, recurrent lid tumor with foul, purulent discharge was noted, so radiotherapy and exenteration of Rt orbit were performed. Skull X-ray showed orbital bone erosion. Several months later, the patient died.
