白內障手術中以鬆弛性切開術合併輪部壓迫法來矯正角膜移植術後散光－病例報告
Relaxing Incision and Limbal Compression Suture for Post-Keratoplasty Astigmatism during Cataract Extraction-A Case Report
摘要
本篇報告壹病例，經全層角膜移植後，因有11D的反常散光(Against-the-rule Astigmatism)，並且同時合併有白內障，筆者利用白內障手術當中，大面積的輪部緊密壓迫性縫合(Limbal Compression Suture)，加上角膜鬆弛性切開術(Corneal Relaxing Incision)及角膜壓迫性縫合(Corneal Compression Suture)來矯正移植術後的高度散光。經過兩年的追踪治療後，減少了10D的散光，效果相當良好。

With the advent of microsurgical technique, penetrating keratoplasty has become highly successful. But post-keratoplasty astigmatism is still a troublesome problem. At the same time, routine post-operative steroid usage will induce cataract in some patients. We report a case who received corneal transplant in 1986. The graft was clear but with 11 D against-the-rule astigmatism. He developed posterior subcapsule cataract 1 year later. We performed relaxing incision and limbal compression during cataract operation. His corneal curvature is rather satisfactory after 2 years follow up.
