軸性高度近視施行早期白內障摘除和置放低度數後房人工水晶體之臨床結果
Early Cataract Extraction with Low Power IOL Implantation in Axial Myopia
摘要
秀傳醫院眼科收集自民國75年6月至76年8月實行囊外白內障摘除及置放人工水晶體度數小於或等於16D，共38位病人，49隻眼睛。分析其視軸長度，術後視力，術中及術後併發症，以及使用SRK公式計算人工水晶體度數之準確性。

A series of 38 patients, 49 myopic eyes with extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation of 16.0 diopters or less from June '86 to Aug. '87 were examined. Postoperative complications, axial length and the accuracy of SRK IOL formular are discussed. The final visual acuity better than 0.5 is 90%, we recommond that extracapsular cataract extraction plus low power intraocular lens implantation is a safe and effective procedure for high myopia with cataract.
