前房液對結膜下纖維母細胞之增殖的影響
The Influence of Aqueous Humor on Subconjunctival Fibroblast Proliferation
摘要
臨床上青光眼濾過手術之成功率，與結膜下纖維母細胞之增殖有密切關係，我們用體外細胞培養的方法，證實正常前房液具有抑制纖維母細胞生長的能力，也可使生長中的細胞脫落、溶解，但前房液也具有微弱的促進細胞生長之功能。這些功能在不含血清的培養液中最易顯現出來；培養液中加入血清，雖可使細胞溶解或生長增進的情形消失，但絲毫不影響抑制細胞生長之功能。

The clinical result of glaucoma filtering operations is closely related to the post-operative proliferation of subcunjunctival fibroblast. Here, by using cell culture methods, we clearly demonstrated that aqueous humor can inhibit subconjunctival fibroblast proliferation and causes cell detachment and lysis at high concentrations. It also poses a week potential to stimulate fibroblast proliferation. These growth modulation effects were more easily demonstrated in serum-free culture medium.
