眼球周邊血管瘤之類同醇注射－病例報告
Intralesional Corticosteroid Injection for Periocular Hemangioma-Case Report
摘要
一位5個月大女嬰左下眼瞼及眼窩有一腫瘤，此腫瘤藍紅色而且當哭鬧時會明顯變大。電腦斷層顯示為血管性腫瘤在下眼窩處且延伸到眼瞼周圍。診斷為微血管血管瘤(capillary hemangioma)。我們以類固醇局部注射治療，包括0.5cc triamcinolone acetonide (40mg/cc)和0.5cc beta-methasone (5mg/cc)，用25號針頭由皮膚慢慢注入此血管瘤中。經過兩星期血管瘤開始明顯消下去直到三個月已有明顯進步。

A 5-month-old girl was referred for treatment of a hemangioma of the left lower eyelid and orbit. Orbital CT scan demonstrated a mass with indistinct borders, occupying the inferior orbit, extending into ocular adnexa. Intralesional injection through a 25-gauze needle with 1cc of a 50:50 mixture of triamcinolone acetonide (40 mg/cc) and betamethasone (5 mg/cc) was given. The size of the tumor decreased markedly from 2 weeks to 3 months after steroid injection.
