睫毛毛囊切除術治療睫或雙倒睫之經驗
Follicle Excision in Trichiasis and Distichiasis
摘要
以睫毛毛囊切除術在手術顯微鏡下，用尖刀或顯微剪刀直接切除毛囊，達到治療倒睫或雙倒睫的效果。民國78年5月至民國78年12月間，我們以睫毛毛囊切除術治療21個眼皮（18例倒睫，3例雙倒睫），術後情況良好，無併發症。經過8至22週（平均14.29週）的追踪，有4個病人，5個眼皮復發倒睫（復發率23.81%）。本文介紹睫毛毛囊切術之手術方法，適應症，及治療21個眼皮之結果。

Though many methods have been proposed to treat trichiasis and distichiasis, few has been proved to be satisfying. Follicle excision directly under microscope has been used by a few practioners. Hwever, limited experiences were obtained in literature. We treated 1 7 patients (21 lids in total) with follicles excision as primary treatment or as adjunct from May, 1989 to Dec, 1989. After mean follow-up period of 14.29 weeks, overall recurrence rate of 23.81% was encountered. However, in view of the pros and cons, this method may be an alternative or as an adjunctive in treatment of trichiasis and distichiasis.
