以瞼額縫吊術治療因重症肌無力症引起的眼瞼下垂－兩病例報告
Frontalis Sling for Management of Ptosis Induced by Myasthenia Gravis-2 Cases Report
摘要
重症肌無力症因位於運動神經終板突觸後之乙醯膽鹼接受器減少所引起，眼瞼下垂通常為早期明顯的症狀之一。因為新近藥物治療可以得到很好的改善，所以很少重症肌無力症病患因眼瞼下垂而接受手術。 本篇報告兩例重症肌無力症引起眼瞼下垂之病人，因為無法耐受藥物治療而接受瞼額縫吊術，手術後追踪時間分別為12個月、3個月，病人眼瞼並無進一步的下垂，兩眼眼瞼對稱良好，而且沒有其他不良併發症。

Myasthenia Gravis is caused by an acetylcholine receptor deficiency at the neuromuscular junction. Ptosis may be an early and prominent sign of the disease. Ptosis due to myasthenia gravis is not often treated by eyelid surgery. Its medical treatment has been improving in recent years. Some cases were reported previously to accept surgical treatment for ptosis of myasthenia gravis because of unable to tolerate medical treatment. In the report, we performed frontalis sling for two patients with myasthenia gravis. The lid did not droop further after initial healing and also allow the eye close well. Two patients have up to 12 months, 3 months follow-up with good outcome.
