以瞼板結膜移植治療瘢痕性眼瞼內翻之經驗
Tarsoconjunctival Graft in the Treatment of Cicatricial Entropion
摘要
本文報告作者等一年間所嘗試之二十五例以瞼板結膜移核治療瘢痕性眼瞼內翻之結果，成功率為92%(23/25)。失敗例之原因為移植片不夠大與後期移植片之吸收。合併症有一過性之角膜異物感與肉芽腫。成功的瞼板結膜移植供眼瞼緣後層以較强固及永久之支撑，並提供一黏膜面可與角膜及淚液層平滑地接觸。

From Sep'88 to Aug'89, 25 eyes of 18 cases received tarsoconjunctival graft to correct cicatricial entropion. The success rate is 92% (23/25). Causes of failure included insufficient graft and late resorption. Minor complications such as transient corneal irritaion and granuloma were noted. Tarsoconjunctival graft provides a smooth mucosal surface to interact with the tear film and a strong and permanent buttress to correct posterior lamella scaring.
