摘要


網膜雷射光凝治療在眼科臨床上有相當重要的地位,本研究使用電腦輔助系統以追踪並補償眼球不自主的運動,而達到雷射光凝自動化的目的。將數位信號處理及眼底影像特徵自動辨認技術應用於眼底影像,血管分叉點作為追踪目標,可以精確估算眼球運動量,進而經由電子線路驅動偏向鏡以控制雷射光照射的位置。此系統可使雷射光凝手術成為更可靠且安全性高的治療。

Laser photocoagulation is one of the major practices in ophthalmic clinic today. Eye tracking to compensate random eye movement is possible by digital image process and feature-based pattern recognition techniques. Three branch points of retinal vessels were set up as tracking template by vessel tracing with adaptive threshold, vessel edge detection, vessel cavity filling, and vessel stem thinning techniques. Translation and rotation of sequential fundus images could be compensated by using small region feature-based SAVD (Sum of the absolute values of the differences) method in near real-time. Automatic locking of the laser beam to the specific target during photocoagulation could be accomplished by implementing this eye tracking system, with a high speed computer which is interfaced to the laser micromanipulating mechanism of the slit lamp.
