摘要

眼球遭受到擋風玻璃穿刺傷會引起嚴重複雜的視網膜剝離，本篇報告以超音波偵測12位病人，14隻眼睛經擋風玻璃穿傷後視網膜剝離之形狀；計前部網膜粘合而後部網膜閉鎖者5眼，前部粘合而後部呈狹窄漏斗狀者有3眼，前部網膜牽引而後部閉鎖者1眼，前部網膜牽引而後部呈狹窄漏斗狀者1眼、前部網膜牽引而後部開放者4眼。14眼中之10眼經過玻離體切除術後4眼視網膜貼回，6眼則演變至眼球萎縮。手術之成功與否與視網膜之粘合情形有極大關係。此種視網膜剝離至今修護成功率仍低，故應呼籲防範。

Penetrating injury of globe by the windshield causes severe complex retinal detachment. The configuration of detachment in the 14 eyes of 12 patients detected by ultrasound showed: anterior fusion with posterior close funnel in 5, anterior fusion with posterior narrow funnel in 3, anterior traction with posterior close funnel in 1, anterior traction with posterior narrow funnel in I and anterior traction with posterior open space in 4. In 10 selected eyes operated with vitrectomy surgery resulted in 4 attachment. Six eyes ended up phthisis bulbi. The configuration of retinal detachment, namely whether or not the retinas are fused, has significant influence to the success of surgery. Up to this date, the success rate for such repair is still very low, we should continue urging the exercise of prevention.
