頸動脈海綿竇瘻管合併中央網膜靜脈阻塞－病例報告
Hemorrhagic Central Retinal Vein Occlusion Induced By Carotid-Cavernous Fistula-Case Report
摘要
一位20歲年輕男性因頸動脈海綿竇瘻管合併右眼眼球突出前來求診，於半年後發生右眼中央網膜靜脈阻塞，及新生血管性青光眼而導致失明。由於臨床上極為罕見，特此提出報告。

A 20 years old male, suffered from carotidcavernous fistula, was found to have hemorrhagic central retinal vein occlusion associated with neovascular glaucoma seven months later. Pan-retinal photocoagulation and goniophotocoagulation were applied to the patient with good intraocular pressure control, but the vision was decreased to blindness. We present this case in order to emphasize the possibility of severe visual loss in case of carotid-cavernous fistula.
