摘要
頸動脈海綿竇瘻管（carotid-cavernous fistula）是一種顱內（intracranial）的血管畸形（vascular malformation），具有特別的症狀表現及影像學特徵。本文提供一個具典型影像學表現之個案，同時簡單討論此疾病之相關知識、影像學特徵、及鑑別診斷。
