摘要

眼窩骨瘤是一種極少見的從鼻竇壁長出的良性瘤，本篇提出二病例報告，皆向篩竇長出，造成眼球突出並向外下方位移的症狀，X光檢查及電腦斷層掃描可見一均勻鈣化，有明顯界線，呈圓或卵圓形多葉狀的腫瘤，佔據鼻竇並侵入眼窩。其中一例以前眼窩切開術將腫瘤切除，病理檢查為緻密的骨組織，診斷為骨瘤，術後眼球位置恢復至正常，獲得極佳的外觀矯正，追蹤16個月未見復發跡象。

Osteoma of the orbit, which arises from the wall of the sinuses is not a common orbital tumor. Two cases of orbital osteoma from the ethmoid sinus were reported. The presenting symptoms were proptosis and displacement of the eyeball outward and downward. The X-ray studies and CT scan demonstrated a well-defined, round to oval, multilobulated, homogeneously calcified mass lesion in the sinuses and projecting into the orbit. Surgical removal of the tumor was performed through anterior orbitotomy in one case and pathological examination revealed compact bony tissue consistent with the characteristics of ivory osteoma. During 16 months follow-up period, there was no signs of recurrence and the cosmetic recovery was excellent. The other case received surgical removal of the tumor at another hospital.
