Orbital Steatocystoma Simplex-Two Case Reports
眼窩部單一皮脂囊瘤―病例報告
摘要
本文報告兩個罕見的單一皮脂囊瘤位於眼窩之病例。病例一為二十二歲女性於左側眼窩內上部有一腫瘤，經手術切除後其病理檢查證實為單一皮脂囊瘤。病例二為十八歲男性其左側眼窩外上部之腫瘤，接受手術切除及病理學檢查證實為單一皮脂囊瘤。單一皮脂囊瘤的臨床表現與許多其他良性眼窩腫瘤非常相似，我們必須靠確實的病理學檢查來作鑑別診斷。

We report 2 cases of rare orbital steatocystoma simplex. Case 1: A 22-year-old woman suffered from a palpable tumor over left supranasal orbital region since junior high, which progressively enlarged in recent 2-3 months. Anterior orbitotomy with tumor excision was performed smoothly. Case 2: An 18-year-old man noted a soft tumor over his left temporal upper orbital region for 8 years. He underwent operation with tumor excision smoothly. Steatocystoma simplex is clinically similar to epidermal cyst, trichilemmal cyst, and dermoid cyst. To distinguish steatocystoma from other orbital tumors depends on the histopathologic examination.
