第二型神經纖維瘤合併兩側視神經腫瘤－病例報告
Neufibromatosis Type Ⅱ Combined with Bilateral Optic Nerve Tumor-Case Report
摘要
一位24歲女性病人因視力模糊前來就診。回溯病史發現她曾接受大腦及脊椎硬腦膜瘤切除手術。住院後於電腦斷層掃描中，可發現有兩側聽神經瘤，多處大腦硬腦膜瘤，合併兩側眼窩視神經腫瘤。眼底檢查可見兩側視神經盤水腫出血，血管曲張。染色體檢查無不正常發現。我們診斷為第二型神經纖維瘤合併兩側視神經腫瘤。

We present a rare case of Neurofibromatosis type Ⅱ combined with bilateral optic nerve tumour. This is a 24-year-old female who complained blurred vision for 2 months. The brain & orbit CT showed bilateral acoustic neurorna, multiple menigioma and bilateral optic nerve tumor. Fundus examination revealed bilateral optic disc swelling, haemorrhage & peripapillary vessels engorgement and retinaochoroidal folding.
