白內障手術病人血壓之變化
Systemic Blood Pressure of the Patient during Cataract Surgery
摘要
此篇報告以逢甲醫院眼科自1990年2月1日至3月31日止，二個月中接受白內障手術（囊外摘除加後房人工水晶體植入）之病例共259例為對象，以血壓監視器全程觀察病人手術時血壓之變化，其中在手術中血壓上昇至200/100mmHg以上者有22例，佔8.5%，再針對此等血壓上升之病人為對象，分析其潛在原因，發現血壓昇高雖可能為偶發，暫時性，但有高血壓及糖尿病既往史者，較易在手術中血壓上升，此篇報告，提供我們的經驗，希望在白內障手術之病人，注意血壓之變化，以減低手術中因高血壓產生之併發症。

During the period of two month from February 1, 1990 to March 31, 1990, there were 259 patients undergoing the cataract operation in Father Fox Memorial Hospital, Tainan. We observed the change of blood pressure in the entire course of operation procedures by means of a blood pressure monitor. Among them, there were 22 patients (8.5% of all patients) whose blood pressure rising to 200/100 mmHg. A study is made to analyze the potential cause of the hypertension. Half of them didn't contribute any past history of hypertension and presented with normal cardiovascular conditions. A model of anti-hypertensive management was also devised.
