蝶竇麴菌感染引發視神經病變－病例報告
Aspergillosis of Spenoid Sinus and Optic Nerve-Case Report
摘要
本篇報告一例罕見之蝶竇麴菌感染侵犯視神經，引起視力模糊之病例，病人主訴視力模糊，視神經局部發生萎縮現象，電腦斷層掃瞄發覺蝶竇炎現象，磁振造影發現為蝶竇腫瘤並包圍視神經引起壓迫病變。接受手術後，病理組織切片證明為蝶竇麴菌感染。臨床上蝶竇麴菌感染引起視神經病變相當少見，特提出報告。

This is a rare case of sphenoid sinus aspergillosis with optic nerve involvement of a physically healthy female school teacher, with initial only complain of blurred vision of right eye. Her temporal portion of right optic nerve head was pale, CT impression was sphenoid sinus sinusitis, but MRI clearly revealed a tumor mass encroached the proximal of right optic nerve. Case of aspergillosis involving optic nerve was rarely published in ophthalmology paper. Here we present a case for dicussion.
