Compressive Optic Neuropathy Secondary to Sphenoethmoidal Mucoceles
蝶篩竇黏液囊腫合併壓迫性視神經病變－壹病例報告
摘要
本文報告一名罕見的左側蝶篩竇黏液囊腫併發左側壓迫性視神經病變的案例。核磁共振造影顯示有顱內額葉壓迫及兩個不同核磁造影顯像強度的黏液囊腫，本文並探討此不同顯像強度在臨床上的意義。病患於發病後早期接受視神經減壓手術。左眼視力從術前可辨指數進步到0.4，左眼視野也恢復正常。

We presented a case of sphenoethmoidal sinus mucoceles with compressive optic neuropathy. CT and MRI revealed orbital and intracranial expansion by mucoceles. There were two mucoceles with different MRI signal intensity. Mucoceles with different MRI signal intensity were disccused. With early diagnosis and prompt intervention, there were significant improvement in both visual acuity (from CF/30cm to 6/15) and visual field.
