小兒葡萄膜炎之分析

摘要

過去4年間台北榮民總醫院眼科葡萄膜炎門診所見到葡萄膜炎罹病年齡16歲以下者計43名，占全體葡萄膜炎病人之6%。其類型依次為同定不能者14名(32.6%)，青少年型風濕性關節炎11名(25.6%)，中間型葡萄膜炎6名(14.0%)，病毒引起之葡萄膜炎4名(9.3%)，眼犬蛔蟲症3名(7.0%)，Tenonscleritis 2名(4.7%)，葡萄膜炎假面症候群2名(4.7%)，原田病1名(2.3%)。本文將就各類型之臨床表現作分析。

Clinical findings, course, treatment and complications of uveitis in children is analyzed in a series of 43 patients seen consecutively in the uveitis clinic at the Veterans General Hospital-Taipei over the past 4 years from 1987 to 1990. All patients developed uveitis prior to the age of 16 years. The types of uveitis were the undetermined type of 14 patients (32.6%), juvenile rheumatoid arthritis of 11 patients (25.6%), intermediate uveitis of 6 patients (14.0%), virus-induced uveitis of 4 patients (9.3%), ocular toxocariasis of 3 patients (7.0%), tenonscleritis of 2 patients (4.7%), uveitis masqurade syndrome of 2 patients (4.7%), and Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada's disease of 1 patient (2.3%).
