摘要
28例眼窩海綿狀血管瘤病患，年齡自17至71歲。女性多於男性（18比10）。主要徵候為：突眼(96%)，視力模糊(71%)，脈絡膜皺褶(32%)，視神經乳頭水腫(18%)。主要症狀為：眼球突出(86%)，視力障礙(64%)，眼瞼腫脹(11%)，複視(7%)，疼痛(7%)。所有28病例皆接受手術摘除，而有病理組織證實。腫瘤位於肌錐內佔大多數(71%)，且多數於視神經外側。術後視力進步或不變者佔89%。追蹤6至84個月，無一例復發。

Cavernous hemangiomas are well encapsulated vascular mass which commonly occur in muscle cone of orbit, and in middle aged women. A series of 28 consecutive cases of orbital cavernous hemangiomas, collected from 1975 to 1990, is reported. Females are overnumbered than males (18:10). Age ranged from 17 to 71 years old (mean 42 years old). The presenting symptoms included: eyeball protrusion (86%), blurred vision (64%), eyelid swelling (11%), diplopia (7%), pain (7%). The presenting signs included: proptosis (96%), visual impairment (71%), choroid fold (32%), optic disc edema (18%). 19 tumors located in right orbit, 9 in the left orbit. Most of the tumors (20 cases) are located in the muscle cone. All cases received surgical excision of the tumor, most of them are performed through lateral orbitotomy (68%). Postoperatively, improvement of vision was noted in 89% of patients. No recurrence was noted during 6 to 84 months follow-up peroid.
