Cavernous Hemangioma of Eyelid-Two Cases Report
眼瞼的海綿竇血管瘤－兩例病例報告
摘要
海綿竇血管瘤最常好發於成人的眼窩內，而發生於眼瞼的海綿竇血管瘤則在文獻上很少被報告過。我們報告兩例眼瞼的海綿竇血管瘤，它們具有不同的和獨特的臨床表徵。因為它們造成了眼瞼形狀的扭曲和眼瞼下垂，所以兩例都接受了手術治療。術後的結果不論是在眼瞼的功能或外觀上都是令人滿意的。

Cavernous hemangioma of eyelid is rarely reported in the literature. We present two cases of eyelid cavernous hemangioma with different and unique clinical manifestation. Operations were performed for their eyelid mass because of eyelid contour distortion and mechanical ptosis. Postoperative results were satisfactory, functionally as well as cosmetically.
