眼窩神經鞘瘤－兩例報告
Orbital Neurilemoma-Report of Two Cases
摘要
本文報告兩例罕見的眼窩神經鞘瘤病例。其臨床表現均為緩慢進行性的單側眼球突出，以及眼球運動障碍。一例已有嚴重的視力障害（無光覺），另一例則視力尚無妨碍，正常視力，是為兩例主要的差異。兩例都經病理切片顯示為良性神經鞘瘤。本文並討論眼窩神經鞘瘤之一般臨床特徵，診斷步驟，及治療方法。

Two cases of orbital neurilemoma are reported. The common findings of these two patients are unilateral proptosis, limitation of ocular movement and slow progressive course. The vision is completely lost in case 1 of 26 year old male but remains normal in case 2 of 17 year old female. Tumor is completely removed in case 1 and partially removed in case 2. Both are proved to be benign neurilemoma by histological examination. The characteristics of orbital neurilemoma as well as its diagnostic methods are briefly discussed in this report.
