扁平部玻璃體切除術治療裂孔原性視綱膜剝離
Pars Plana Vitrectomy in the Treatment of Rhegmatogenous Retinal Detachment
摘要
扁平部玻璃體切除術一直被視爲對於複雜性视綱膜剝離的一種選择性療法，但對於單纯裂孔原性視綱膜剝離治療價值還是頗有爭議。我們選择了十三例原發性裂孔原性視綱膜剝離的病例，以玻璃體切除術進行治寮。手術成功率爲84.6%，顯示了相當令人鼓舞的療效。

Pars piano vitrectomy with air-fluid exchange was performed on 13 selected cases of primary rhegmatogenous retinal detachment in which scleral buckling would be the traditional surgical treatment otherwise. The group contained 12 phakic eyes, 1 pseudophakic eye, and the macular was detached preoperatively in 11 eyes. The success rate of operation was 84.6% (11 of 13 eyes). All 11 success-ful cases regained favorable visual acuities. Vitrectomy without scleral buckling can achieve retinal reattachment with excellent visual outcome ii cases of primary rhegmatogenous retinal detachment.
