外傷性下眼瞼缺損以Mustardé手術及鼻中膈软骨黏膜移植片手術矯正病例报告
The Traumatic Lower Lid Defect and the Mustardé Technique-Case Report
摘要
本文報告一例因車禍造成左下眼瞼全缺損及臉部多處裂傷的病例。病人於外傷十個月後因外觀不良及露出性角膜炎於本院接受左下眼瞼是建手術。手術方法採用Mustarde方法及使用鼻中膈軟骨黏膜移植片，術後六個月檢查，外觀及露出性角膜炎皆獲得改善。

We present a case of traumatic lower lid defect. The patient was a victim of traffic accident ten months before this admission. After the primary repair there was still a large lower lid defect which could not be corrected in that operation for tissue loss and swelling. The patient was suffered from exposure keratitis and cosmetic problem since then. We used the Mustarde technique and nasal mucochondral flap to reconstruct the lower lid. There were improvement in the gross appearance and resolution of the exposure keratitis six months after the operation.
