虹彩新生血管之冷凍治療
Rubeosis Iridis Treated by Pan-Retinal Cryopexy
摘要
新生血管性青光眼以及虹彩新生血管及是臨床上頗為棘手的問題之一冷凍療法為治療方式之一七位新生血管性青光眼以及一位虹彩新生血管的忠者接受全網膜冷凍治療，其結果如下： 不論就視力的保存、眼壓的控制以及降眼壓藥物的使用、新生血管的萎縮、病人的舒適等各方面而言，均有不同程度的療效及進步。 在眼底無法看清楚的情況下，與法對患有新生血管性青光眼及虹彩新生血管的病人施行雷射治療時，全網膜冷凍治療不失為另一可行的治療方式。

A study concerning about cryotherapy for neovascularization of iris was performed recently. 7 cases of neovascular glaucoma (5 cases due to proliferative diabetic retinopathy, 1 case for central retinal vein occlusion, and 1 case undetermined) and 1 case of neovascularization of iris were treated by pan-retinal cryopexy or pats-retinal cryopexy corn- blued with limited cyclocryotherapy. The preliminary results vary from restoring useful vision (1 case), stablization of visual acuity (2 cases), lowering of intraocular pressure (5 cases), and regression of neovascularization of iris (8 cases). Pan-retinal cryopexy is a treatment of choice for neovascularization of iris and neovascular glaucoma, when media opacity precludes laser treatment of retina.
