眼內炎之臨床觀察與療效

摘要

本文收集民國75年1月至81年6月，在高雄長庚紀念醫院經臨床診斷為眼內炎的病例，以回溯方式加以統計分析。共有80例，其中術後組佔39例(49%)，外傷組佔19例(24%)，內因組佔9例(11%)，其他佔13例(16%)。微生物培養的陽性率為53%。由菌種培養的結果及抗生素敏感試驗的結果，我們歸納出以Vancomycin合併Ami-kin是外因性眼內炎的最佳第一線用藥。

Records of 80 patients with endophthalmitis from January 1986 to June 1992 were reviewed. 39 cases (49%) were associated with operation, 19 cases (24%) were associated with trauma, 9 cases (11%) were endogenous, and 13 cases (16%) were unclassified, Positive culture rate was 53%. All endogenous endophthalmitis cases were caused by Klebsiella pneumoniae, and this finding was quite unique in Taiwan. According to culture data and antibiotics susceptibility test result, we recommended using Vancomycin and Amikin as the first choice drugs for exogenous endophthalmitis, instead of the Cefazolin-Gentamicin currrently used.
