眼直肌厚度之超音波測量值

Evaluation of Thickness of Normal Extraocular Rectus Muscles with Echography

摘要


電腦斷層攝影已廣泛接受用來測量外肌有厚度。同時,使用超音波檢查眼窩及附近的異常也漸漸受到重視。超音波的好處在於操作簡單且不須暴露在放射線下。本篇研究中我們使用A-Scan及B-Scan超音波來測時量眼直肌的厚度。正常成年人的內肌平均厚度2.14±0.26 mm,外直肌有厚度2.12±0.26 mm,上直肌及舉瞼肌平均厚度3.47±0.44 mm。下直肌平均厚度2.06±0.28 mm。同時,我們發現直肌厚度不因年齡、性別、眼軸長度不同而有所差異。

In many clinical situations, the computerized tomography scanning has been used for the extraocular muscles, thickness measurement. Although the value of orbital CT scanning has been widely accepted, echography is now also being recognized as an important modality in the diagnosis of orbital and periorbital diseases. The most important advantages of echography are the non-invasive and no radiation nature. In this study, we used A-scan and B-scan echography to measure the superior rectus-lavator complex, medial, lateral, and inferior rectus muscles in normal subjects. The thickness of healthy extraocular rectus muscles' diameters are: medial rectus -2.14±0.26 mm. lateral recti -2.12±0.26 mm, superior rectus-levalor complex -3.47±0.44 mm, inferior rectus -2.06±0.28 mm.
