Serpiginous Choroiditis-A Case Report
摘要
本篇提出一個三十五歲男性病例，主訴左眼視力模糊達兩個月之久，來門診時右眼視力壹點零而左眼只有零點臺，左眼眼底可見一邊緣明顯呈地圖形、併色素上皮呈灰白色變性的病灶，由視神經盤往黃斑部延伸，右眼眼底亦有相同的病灶出現，螢光血管攝影可見病灶中央呈低螢光反應而週圍呈高螢光反應。

We present a 35-years-old male patient with the chief complaint of blurred vision of his left eye for more then two months. The visual acuity was 1.0 in the right eye and 0.1 in the left eye. In his left eye, we found a well- circumscribed geographic lesion with grayish-white discoloration of the RPE extending from the optic disc to the macular area A similar peripapillary lesion was also noted in his right eye. Fluorescein angiography showed a well-defined lesion with central hypofluorescent and marginal hyperfluorescent. The clinical appearance of serpiginous choroiditis and review of literature were also discussed.
