Differential Diagnosis of Uveitis Manifested as Fluorescein Angiographic Evidence of Diffuse Vascular Leakage and/or Disc Leakage
表現瀰漫性血管及（或）視神經盤滲漏之葡萄膜炎之鑑別診斷
摘要
許多葡萄膜炎之臨床表現以瀰漫性之血管病變為主，而在螢光眼底攝影檢查可見廣泛之血管及（或）視經經盤滲漏，為探討何類眼內炎性疾病具有如上之徵候，吾人回顧檢視由一九九○年十二月至一九九二年六月葡萄膜炎病患，收集了十五例廿七眼有瀰漫性血管病變之病例，臨床診斷包括特發性中間部葡萄膜炎、貝氏疾病、類肉瘤、病毒感染、Irvine-Gass症候群、Takayasu's病，視神經網膜炎。以特發性中間部葡萄膜炎最常見。臨床上對此一徵候及其各種不同診斷可能之認知有助於吾人對葡萄膜炎診治之參考。

Various types of uveitis may be presented as diffuse vasculopathy with fluorescein angiographic changes of diffuse vascular leakage and/or disc leakage. To determine the disease entities with such clinical pictures, uveitis patients with above mentioned abnormalities were reviewed from December 1990 to June 1992. Twenty-seven eyes from fifteen cases were collected. Among the diagnosis were idiopathic intermediate uveitis, Behcet's disease, sarcoidosis, viral infection, Irvine-Gass syndrome, neuroretinitis, and Takayasu's disease. The awareness of various etiologies with similar presentation may be important in the differential diagnosis of uveitis.
