摘要

成年性旁眼窩黃色肉芽腫是一種罕見的疾病，可能伴隨著其它的惡性腫瘤，血液學方面的異常，或是為全身性侵犯的一部份。
黃色肉芽腫的臨床特徵是浸潤較深的黃色斑塊，病理切片具有噬脂巨細胞(Tou-ton giant cell)。其治療方法有：化學療法，全身性類固醇投與，放射治療，血漿去除術及手術切除，但效果均不一。
由於旁眼窩黃色肉芽腫極少發生在成人，世界上報告過的病例很少。我們在此報告一個典型的成人性旁眼窩黃色肉芽腫，在追踪六年之後，無任何相關的全身性異常。

Adult-onset periorbital xanthogranuloma is a rare disease and may be accompanied with systemic involvement, hematological abnormalities or malignancy.
Xanthogranuloma is a clinical entity characterized with xanthoma-like yellowish plaque but infiltrated deeper and with presence of lipid-laden giant cell, named ”Touton giant cell”. Treatment trials, including multiple components chemotherapy, systemic corticosteroid, radiotherapy, plasmapheresis and excision of lesions, all resulted in variable outcomes.
Periorbital xanthogranuloma arising in adult is so rare that only few cases had been reported. We presented here a typical case of periorbital xanthogranuloma in adult without any abnormal systemic findings during at least six-year follow-up.
