台北榮總葡萄膜炎門診近六年來類型及病況分析

摘要

以自1987年1月至1992年12月間在台北榮總眼科葡萄膜炎門診初診並確定為內因性葡萄膜炎病人622人做分析。平均每年初診人數為103.7±9.8人。葡萄膜炎的類型依次為HLA-B27陽性急性前葡萄膜炎175例(28.1%)，原田病及交感性眼炎64例(10.3%)，貝西氏病61例(9.8%)，鞏膜葡萄膜炎49例(7.9%)，Posner-Schlosmann症候群36例(5.8%)，中間型葡萄膜炎33例(5.3%)，疱疹葡萄膜炎26例(4.2%)，Fuch虹膜異色性睫狀體炎20例(3.2%)，急性網膜壞死症10例(1.6%)，內因性眼內炎10例(1.6%)，糖尿病葡萄膜炎9例(1.4%)，局限型脈絡膜炎9例(1.4%)，類肉瘤症5例(0.8%)，葡萄膜炎假面症候群3例(0.5%)，麻瘋萄萄膜炎3例(0.5%)，結核葡萄膜炎2例(0.3%)，梅毒葡萄膜炎2例(0.3%)，類型無法同定者105例(16.9%)。HLA-B27陽性急性前葡萄膜炎六年來平均每年29.2±7.4人，原田病及交感性眼炎平均每年10.7±4.7人，貝西氏病所引起的葡萄膜炎平均每年10.2±4.7人，鞏膜葡萄膜炎平均每年8.2±4.1人，Posner-Schlosmann症候群平均每年6.0±3.4人，中間型葡萄膜炎平均每年5.5±2.3人，疱疹葡萄膜炎平均每年4.3±1.0人，Fuch虹膜異色性睫狀體炎平均每年3.3±2.0人，急性網膜壞死症平均每年1.7±1.8人。

A review of 622 uveitis patients seen at the uveitis clinic of the Veterans General Hospital-Taipei during 6-year-period from January 1987 to December 1992 was made. The frequency was 175 cases (28.1%) of HLA-B27 positive acute anterior uveitis, 64 cases (10.3%) of Harada's disease and sympathtic ophthalmia, 61 cases (9.8%) of Behçet's diseas, 49 cases (7.9%) of sclerouveitis, 36 cases (5.8%) of Posner-Schlosmann syndrome, 33 cases (5.3%) of intermediate uveitis, 26 cases (4.2%) of herpetic uveitis, 20 cases (3.2%) of Fuch' heterochromic cyclitis, 10 cases (1.6%) of acute retinal necrosis syndrome, 9 cases (1.4%) of diabetic uveitis, 9 cases (1.4%) of focal choroiditis, 5 cases (0.8%) of sarcoid uveitis, 3 cases (0.5%) of uveitis masqurade syndrome, 3 cases (0.5%) of lepromatous uveitis, 2 cases (0.3%) of tuberculous uveitis, 2 cases (0.3%) of syphilic uveitis and 105 cases (16.9%) undefined.
The number of new patients was everaged of 103.7±9.8 patients per year, i.e., 29.2±7.4 patients of HLA-B27 positive AAU, 10.7±4.7 of Harada's disease and sympathetic ophthalmia, 10.2±4.7 patients of Behçet's disease, 8.2±4.1 patients of sclerouveitis, 6.0±3.4 patients of Posner-Schlosmann syndrome, 5.5±2.3 patients of intermediate uveitis, 4.3±1.0 patients of herpetic uveitis, 3.3±2.0 patients of Fuch' heterochromic cyclitis and 1.7±1.8 patients of acute retinal necrosis syndrome.
