雅克雷射後囊切開術對角膜內皮細胞之影響
Nd: YAG Laser Posterior Capsulotomy and Corneal Endothelium
摘要
雅克雷射適用的範圍很廣，目前最受廣泛使用的方法之一是後囊切閉術。關於其對於眼球前部，尤其是角膜內皮細胞的震波傷害問題，一直是許多眼科醫師所關心的。我們觀察雅克雷射後囊切開術之前及之後一個月、三個月的角膜內皮細胞，發現細胞密度並無統計學上差異，進而推斷雅克雷射後囊切開術對角膜內皮細胞影響微乎其微。

Nd: YAG laser has been applied for various purposes. Posterior capsulotomy is one of the most common applications. The shock-wave effect of Nd: YAG laser on the anterior segment, especially corneal endothelium has attracted the interest of most ophthalmologists. We studied specular microscopic findings in pseudophakic eyes before and after ND: YAG laser posterior capsulotomy. There was no significant change in cornela endothelial cell densities between pretreatment measurements and those taken one month after Nd: YAG laser posterior capsulotomy. Numbers of pulses and total energy were also analysed.
