結核性前葡萄膜炎－病例報告
Tuberculous Anterior Uveitis-A Case Report
摘要
臨床上因結核菌引起的葡萄膜炎相當少見，然其可因抗結核藥治療而痊癒之特性，卻值得我們在鑑別診斷上多加留心注意！ 本病例為一65歲單身男性，於一週的咳嗽和發燒後開始有右眼視力模糊的現象，一個月後至門診檢查，發現有右眼前葡萄膜炎，住院檢查包括胸部X光及痰胃液培養，證實為栗狀肺結核及疑似右眼結核性前葡萄膜炎，但前房液的結核菌培養為陰性，虹膜切片也未發現結核病灶。經抗結核藥及類固醇眼液治療後，除有一次右眼前葡萄膜炎復發外，病況持續進步！

This was a 65-year-old gentleman who had sufferred from blurred vision OD after one week's cough and fever. One month after visual impairment, ocular examination showed severe anterior uveitis OD. Chest X-ray and microbial studies of sputum and gastric juice revealed active pulmonary miliary tuberculosis. However, microbial studies of aqueous humor and patholoical examination of iris were all negative for tuberculosis. After two weeks' therapy with isoniazid 300mg qd, rifampin 600mg qd, pyrizinamide 500mg tid and topical 1% predforte q2hrs, the eye condition improved significantly. We favored ”tuberculous anterior uveitis” as our impression.
