Spontaneous Subperiosteal Orbital Hematoma
自發性眼眶骨膜下出血
摘要
本報告係關於一個罕見的自發性眼眶骨膜下出血的病例。 一個五十六歲的男性病患，早上睡醒時，突然感覺左眼劇痛，伴隨左眼突出、眼球轉動不靈活及嘔吐等症狀，便前來急診求治。經電腦斷層掃描證實其為左眼眶骨膜下出血。經幾週的追踪，病人的症狀已逐漸緩解，電腦斷層上也顯示血塊已完全吸收。但追溯其病歷並無外傷及高血壓等身體疾病，發作前亦無咳嗽、用力等動作。抽血檢查顯示正常，電腦斷層掃瞄也未發現異常血管。所以，我們認為這是一個自發性眼眶骨膜下出血的病例。

We report a case of spontaneous subperiosteal orbital hematoma in a 56-year-old man. The patient had acute radiating pain in the left orbit, proptosis with limited motility, ecchymosis of the eyelids and vomiting. The diagnosis of subperiosteal orbital hematoma was confirmed by computed tomography. The lesion appeared to regress on its own after a few weeks. However, the cause of the hemorrhage could not be determined from his background and thus we feel this to be a case of an actual spontaneous subperiosteal orbital hematoma.
