兩眼黃斑部缺損－病例報告
Bilateral Macular Coloboma-A Case Report
摘要
本文報告一例21歲男性，主訴自幼兩眼視力模糊及外斜視。臨床及螢光眼底攝影檢查在兩眼黃斑部呈現橢圓形之視網膜脈絡膜萎縮缺損。視野檢查為典型的兩眼中心視野缺損。全身性檢查並無其它發育之異常，或合併其它眼球部份之缺損，家族史及生產史也無特別發現。從網膜電位圖(ERG)、眼球電圖(EOG)、及生化血清學檢查如TORCH panel的結果。推測本例的致病機轉可能是先天性發育上的異常，而非病理性發炎的結果。在臨床上兩眼黃斑部缺損為一罕見病例，特提出報告。

We reported a 21-year-old male with chief complaint of bilateral blurred vision and eye squint since childhood. Fundus and fluorescein angiogram examinations revealed bilateial oval circumscribed atrophic lesions at the macula. Octopus visual field showed characteristic bilateral central scotoma. There is no other ophthlamic disorders. Evidence of serieal examinations including ERG, EOG, and serologic tests such as TORCH panel favor the congenital developmental origin.
