先天性視神經盤小凹合併黃斑部水腫及裂孔－病例報告
Congenital Optic Pit Associated with Macular Edema and Macular Hole-A Case Report
摘要
視神經盤小凹(Congenital Optic pit)是一種不多見的視神經盤發育異常。本例為一位20歲男性，具有單側先天性視神經盤小凹，併有黃斑部水腫及裂孔。由螢光眼底攝影檢查，發現有網膜色素上皮剝離，類似中心性漿液性脈絡網膜症螢光攝影之殘遺型，特提出報告。

We presented a case of congenital optic pit with macular hole and retinal pigment epithelium detachment. B-scan showed a shallow macular detachment. On FAG revealed a typical fluorescein pattern of optic pit, a full-thickness macular hole was present; during the venous phase, a residual spot appeared on the papillomacular band, correlated to the idiopathic central serous chorioretinopathy.
